We hereby inform interested individuals, fashion designers, professionals in the field of fashion and clothing, and owners of refined Iranian collections that the “National Dress Day” event will be held on September 19 in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and upon the official invitation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
This event is a valuable opportunity to introduce and showcase a part of Iran’s cultural heritage, clothing identity, and distinguished art on the international stage. Enthusiasts who hold a permit from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance or a permit from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade are invited, if they wish to participate, to present their works and collections for the introduction of traditional, authentic, and distinguished clothing of Iranian women and men.
The purpose of this participation is to showcase the cultural diversity and capacities of Iranian art in the field of clothing, introduce the indigenous and traditional attire of different regions of the country, and create an opportunity for cultural and artistic interaction between Iran and other participating countries.
