Discussion Between the President of the National Foundation for Fashion and Clothing and Dr. Gharibnejad on Showcasing Iranian Ethnic Attire and Fostering Artistic Collaboration with International Artists
The President of the National Foundation for Fashion, Clothing, and Lifestyle met with Dr. Gharibnejad, Deputy for Public Diplomacy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to discuss showcasing the distinguished attire of Iranian ethnic groups and fostering artistic collaboration with international artists.
These discussions aimed to promote cultural diplomacy and enhance the global standing of Iranian art and culture. It was agreed that these initiatives would be implemented as part of a joint collaboration between the National Foundation for Fashion and Clothing and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, two main topics were addressed: Introducing the distinguished attire of Iranian ethnic groups to embassies and foreign delegations based in Tehran to highlight the richness of Iranian culture and art. And inviting prominent international artists to view traditional and modern Iranian clothing and artworks, with the goal of strengthening cultural exchanges and advancing the “Persian Dress” project on a global scale.
